A few hours after Martin Luther King is shot dead by a white man, Robert Kennedy gives a remarkable eulogy in Indianapolis. He acknowledged the pain, but also anger and disbelief, inviting everybody to overcome hatred and violence and seek love and compassion instead. There were no riots that night.

"Martin Luther King dedicated his life to love and to justice between fellow human beings, and he died because of that effort. In this difficult day, in this difficult time for the United States, perhaps we’ll have to ask what kind of a nation we are and what direction we want to move in. For those of you who are black, you can be filled with bitterness and with hatred, and a desire for revenge. Or we can make an effort, as Martin Luther King did, to understand, and to replace that violence with an effort to understand, compassion and love."

Not my normal fare, but oddly compelling as always. Hard to pick just one, but I've Been Better is moody and evocative. Also love Baritone at the end. This album is a labor of love and it shows. As with Spiders!, I'm left wishing for more, but settling for repeat play. Venya
It's hard to pick a favourite track. This is the only album i have so far deemed as "perfect", where every track, even the intro, is just a masterpiece in its own right. From the hard hitting Perturbator's Theme to the emotional title track, its 68 minutes of perfection. 10/10. connivingkhajiit
